Google Docs has added some new features that will make my life easier. First, they have made an adjustment to allow sorting of documents by relevance. Yeah! Previously, search results were organized by the "last modified date." Additionally, searches will be improved with automatic stemming and synonyms. So when I search for a document with the term "web site" it will also look for "web sites, website, websites", etc.
Second, exporting your documents is now easier. Not only can I export a number of documents, in any format I choose, I can export up to 2GB! Now, I don't have 2GB of documents but it's nice to know that I can do it when I have that many.
Finally, I can export a file and email it as an attachment in one step, and I still have the option of choosing the file format of the export.
